In short, the following information is required from you when donating on this site via PayPal:
Donations $49 or less
Name and email address in case we need to reach out to you for further information.
Donations $50 - $199
M.G.L.c.55 requires the name and residential address be reported for all receipts of $50 in a calendar year.
Donations $200 or more
M.G.L.c.55 requires the name and residential address be reported for all receipts of $50 in a calendar year. In addition, the occupation and employer must be reported for all persons who contribute $200 or more in a calendar year.
